When you submit an accommodation inquiry, the form can include your name, dates, number of guests, and notes or special requests. The website creates a WhatsApp message in your browser. Nothing is sent until you confirm the required consent and choose to open WhatsApp.

By checking the consent box and sending an inquiry, you agree that Saughina Ubud may receive and use the information you provide to respond to your inquiry, discuss availability, and arrange your requested stay.

How we use your information

We use inquiry information only to communicate with you, answer questions, and provide accommodation-related services. We do not sell, rent, trade, or otherwise share your inquiry information with third parties for their own marketing or other purposes.

When you choose to use WhatsApp, the message is handled by WhatsApp under its own privacy policy. Google Analytics is also a service provider that receives technical website-usage data as described below. These services are not used by Saughina Ubud to sell or market your inquiry information.
